Punong Guro Oneal has been involved in the Filipino martial Arts since he was a child. Born in Manitoba, he found his way training under many notable Masters and teachers in the FMA. PG Oneal has represented Team Canada at the Sikaran-Arnis World Tournament and is a former national Arnis Champion. He is also the Sport Arnis British Columbia President.
